We offer a range of clinical and therapeutic techniques including neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization), cupping, and relaxation massage. Every session is customized to your needs — we often combine multiple techniques in a single appointment for the best results.
We offer 60-minute ($100), 90-minute ($150), and 120-minute ($200) sessions. The right length depends on your goals — 60 minutes works well for focused work on one or two areas, while 90 or 120 minutes allows for more comprehensive treatment. We'll help you choose the best option during booking.
Your first session begins with a brief intake conversation where we discuss your health history, areas of concern, and goals. We'll explain what techniques we plan to use and why. During the session, we check in on pressure and comfort. Afterward, we'll discuss what we found, recommend a treatment plan, and suggest any stretches or self-care between sessions.
You can book online through our MassageBook page, call or text us at (719) 200-2067, or email balancedhealingtm@gmail.com. Online booking is available 24/7 and shows real-time availability so you can pick the time that works best for you.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand life happens — if you have an emergency, just let us know and we'll work with you.
We do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many HSA and FSA accounts also cover massage therapy — check with your plan administrator for details.
It depends on your goals. For chronic pain or an acute issue, we typically recommend weekly sessions for 4-6 weeks to build on each session's progress. For general wellness and maintenance, every 2-4 weeks keeps your body feeling its best. We'll recommend a treatment plan based on your specific situation during your first visit.
Wear whatever is comfortable. You'll undress to your comfort level and be professionally draped with sheets throughout the session — only the area being worked on is uncovered. Many clients undress fully, while others prefer to keep undergarments on. Either way is completely fine.
Yes! Gift certificates are available for any session length and make a great gift for birthdays, holidays, or just because. You can purchase them by contacting us directly at (719) 200-2067 or emailing balancedhealingtm@gmail.com.
Massage therapy can help with chronic pain, tension headaches, neck and back pain, sciatica, sports injuries, repetitive strain, limited range of motion, stress, and general muscular tension. During your intake we'll discuss your specific concerns and build a treatment plan around your goals.

Corporate Wellness FAQs
Common questions about bringing therapeutic massage to your workplace
Chair massage is performed with the client fully clothed, seated in a specially designed ergonomic massage chair. Sessions typically range from 10 to 30 minutes and focus on the upper body: neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands. This format is perfect for workplace settings because it requires minimal space, no special room requirements, and employees can return to work immediately feeling refreshed and relaxed.
We need approximately a 6' x 6' space with access to electricity (for a small music player). This could be a conference room, break room, quiet corner, or even a private office. The area doesn't need to be completely silent, just reasonably quiet. We bring our own professional massage chairs and all necessary equipment. Setup takes about 15 minutes, and we leave the space exactly as we found it.
This depends on session length and time available. For example, with 15-minute sessions, one therapist can see 4 employees per hour, or 16 employees in a half-day. For larger teams, we bring multiple licensed therapists to ensure everyone can participate. We work with you to create a scheduling system that fits your workplace culture, whether that's first-come-first-served, sign-up sheets, or rotating schedules for regular programs.
Pricing is customized based on session length, number of employees, frequency, and location. We offer flexible packages for one-time events, recurring programs, and wellness days. Most companies find the investment pays for itself through improved morale and productivity. Contact us for a detailed quote tailored to your organization's needs. We provide clear, straightforward invoicing and flexible payment terms.
Yes! While we're based in Colorado Springs, we serve the surrounding areas including Monument, Castle Rock, and the Denver metro area. For locations beyond our immediate service area, we factor in travel time when scheduling. Our goal is to make corporate wellness accessible to organizations throughout the Front Range region.
We encourage this! Many companies start with a one-time event during a wellness week, employee appreciation day, or health fair. This gives your team a chance to experience the benefits firsthand and helps you gauge interest. There's no long-term contract required. If your team loves it (and they usually do), we can then discuss setting up a recurring program that fits your budget and schedule.
