Frequently Asked Questions

Your first visit includes a brief health history discussion so I can understand your concerns, any areas of tension or discomfort, and what you hope to achieve. We'll talk through what to expect during the session, and you can ask any questions before we begin.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Arrive a few minutes early, especially for your first visit. Avoid eating a heavy meal right before your appointment. Wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to communicate your preferences for pressure and focus areas during the session.

Drink plenty of water after your massage to stay hydrated. Some mild soreness is normal, especially after deeper work. Take it easy for the rest of the day if possible, and avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours to let your body fully benefit from the session.
